Speed and incline can be adjusted at any time. - Target Distance: Here you can specify your designated distance. Speed and incline can be adjusted at any time. -Target Calories: This program allows you to enter the number of calories which you wish to burn. Speed and incline can be adjusted at any time. - Interval Incline: You can select between 12 different training levels. The intervals are challenging but also give you time to catch your breath. Depending on the level, the incline will adapt between 4 levels. The higher the level, the higher the incline intervals. After the preset time period the program automatically starts the cool down. - Interval Speed: Corresponding with program 4, here the speed will alter. - Weight reduction: You can select a training level between 1-12. The higher the level, the higher the intensity. The intensity control is operated by the adjustment of speed and incline according to the particular level. Thereby, fat burning as well as calorie demand are effectively supported. After the preset time period the program automatically starts the cool down. - Self learning/Competition: The preset distance is 5 km.
